Oooohh!

If you like thinking about thinking... this is an awesome book!

Hello? Anyone still there?

No, really. This book is for those who like to pull apart why people (including ourselves) think the way we do. What is it about a certain topic that shocks us and is it really so bad?

Each chapter has a quiz or test, and they're not simple little things that you can figure out (oh A will give me the highest points, eye roll)... noooo, no. These are tricky quizzes designed to delve into how you actually think.

And the answers might shock you.

So, if you can't be honest and accepting of yourself (all in good fun) - not really a book you want to invest in. But if you love the twirlings of the mind (and I know some of you do) this is one of my favorites.

Glad you blogged this. I tried to find it, but wrote it down wrong. Now I must go amazon.com

I haven't checked half.com yet but Susan, always check there first! Cheaper.

Is this a serious-type book, or a fun, tongue-in-cheek book? Depending on how much it is, I might buy it, read it, and spread the word to a few idiots I know.

I'll have to look for this at Books Revisited around the corner. Any idea what year it was published?

I just got my copy - it's a quiz/fun kinda book so far. I'm disturbingly logical apparently with an average number of conflicting opinions. Justifiable ones in my own mind. We'll see where it goes. So far, I'm four starring it for occasional smirks, a couple of head scratchers and the "But... but... but... crap I dunno!" reaction.

It's fun. Use pencil. *winks*
